Android Developer

We are looking for an experienced Android developer with a passion for technology & mobile applications, high level of responsibility and a constant urge to grow.

Role Responsibilities

Developing advanced native applications for the Android platform
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
Working with outside data sources and APIs
Working on bug fixing and improving application performance
Actively cooperating in a group of UX/UI designers and backend developers to define, design, and ship new features
Staying up to date with latest trends and innovations in the field of mobile applications

Requirements

2+ years' experience with mobile app development (Android)
Ability to use programming languages: Java, Kotlin (medior level)
Experience with Git (a distributed version-control system)
Experience working with remote data via REST
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
Experience with Android Jetpack components (room, corutines, view model,...) and firebase services (not required)
Ability to work in a team
